Have you thought about moving to Edmonton, Alberta?There are many reasons why someone would want to relocate to another province; it could be lifestyle changes, job opportunities, education opportunities, upgrading/downsizing, or financial sound considerations.
According to a survey conducted, 45% of Vancouver respondents say they would consider purchasing a home in a more affordable city. Edmonton was their top relocation choice (19%), followed by St. John’s (13%) andThunder Bay (9%). We were also a top choice for those in the greater Ontario area at 19%.
Approximately over 100,000 people are projected to move to Edmonton in the next few years. We can expect to see home prices increase.
